Putting Evidence to Work – Strategic Implementation Planning for Schools
This remote 6‑hour course (3 x 2 hrs) aims to support senior and middle leaders, looking to implement new evidence-based practices, principles or initiatives in their schools, by using the EEFs guidance and recommendations on Putting Evidence to Work. We are providing this offer for a second cohort due to the success and feedback of the first cohort in Spring 2021.
Through the Education Endowment Foundation’s effective implementation model, it offers practical and evidence-informed recommendations to develop a better understanding of how to lead change, reflect on potential barriers and the readiness for implementation as well as strategies for effective delivery. Delegates will have the opportunity to apply the content and tools to their current school improvement or department targets and think through what they need to do to achieve successful outcomes in their contexts.
Suitable for Senior and Middle Leaders, SLEs, ELEs and any staff who offer school-to-school support within their roles.
Places are limited to offer a more personal approach and for smaller group interaction in the sessions, so click the link now to reserve your place.
Discounted price of £495 for whole teams or departments (please book at full price and the discount will be added to your invoice).
